1. Organizational Change Management: Institutional Analysis, development planning and management of organizational development processes for local government units (LGUs), civil society organizations (CSOs) and private sector organizations (PSOs), particularly as these apply to participatory and democratic governance systems.

2. Capacity Building Support Programmes: Conduct of training needs analysis, conceptualization, design and implementation of capacity building curriculum for key stakeholders of development programmes.

3. Participatory Group Facilitation Processes: Provided basic facilitation techniques and custom designing through the technology of participation for group processes, consensus building, and community action planning in all aspects of programs and projects undertaking with various partners and stakeholders.

4. Strategic and Operations Management: Design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of related field programs and projects for community-based organizations including the local government units.

5. Rapid Field Appraisal and Capacity Needs Assessment: Provides timely feedback mechanisms on institutional policy directions and analysis for programme management decisions, course adjustments needed to respond to changing environment, and ensure systematic continuity in data/information collection efforts.
